John Shepherdson Light Years ahead exhibition

This exhibition is a unique collection of original lamps inspired by the 1957 Russian Sputnik 1 the first satellite launched into space. All the lamps are hand made by John Shepherdson, using polished stainless steel spheres, vintage camera lenses, filters and other interesting found objects and instrument parts from the period.
